Trip Essentials
Reservation & Payment Information Bali (Denpasar / DPS) Payment Terms A $299 per person deposit is required to secure your Bali booking, with full payment due 60 days prior to tour date. Once booked, you’ll be directed to your invoice to select your preferred payment method. For bookings within 60 days of departure, payments are non-refundable and no cooling-off period applies. Cooling-Off Period A 7-day cooling-off period applies to eligible bookings unless otherwise stated. This does not apply to bookings made within 60 days of departure.
Arrival & Departure Guide Arrival transfers from Denpasar (DPS) are included. You will be met on arrival and transferred to your hotel. If arriving before standard check-in (typically 3pm), you may store luggage and enjoy your surroundings until your room is ready. Early check-in is subject to availability. If flights are booked independently, please provide your details in advance to ensure transfers are confirmed. Hotel selections may vary and will be confirmed in your final documentation, issued approximately 2–4 weeks prior to departure. We recommend booking any pre- or post-tour accommodation on flexible rates until confirmed. Day 1 is arrival only, with no scheduled activities—allowing time to relax and settle into Bali’s pace. Departure transfers to DPS Airport are included and scheduled approximately 3–4 hours prior to your flight. Late departures may store luggage at the hotel and enjoy free time prior to transfer.

Flight Options Flight Options – Bali (Denpasar / DPS) Please arrange your flights to arrive into Denpasar (DPS) on the start day, with departure scheduled for day 10 of your tour. If you wish to extend your stay at the beginning, end, or both, you are welcome to do so—simply provide your flight details once booked so we can coordinate your transfers accordingly. Alternatively, we are happy to arrange flights on your behalf, and pre or post accommodation. Please note, flight pricing is dynamic and subject to availability—airfares can change multiple times per day based on demand and seat availability, so pricing is only valid at the time of booking.
